X-SEED Ventures LLC, the UAE’s leading investments and business consultancy firm, has partnered with Armadillo Speciality Vehicles Ltd, a prominent manufacturer of recreational vehicles (RVs).
The MoU was signed during the 21st edition of the Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition (ADIHEX). This strategic partnership aims to establish a local Armadillo’s RV assembly facility in the UAE, with a plan to expand to the Middle East, Africa, and Eastern European markets.

Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in Al Dhafra Region and Chairman of the Emirates Falconers’ Club (EFC), ADIHEX serves as a platform that fosters local and international collaboration across various industries, such as RVs and motorhomes.
By combining Armadillo’s manufacturing expertise in RVs and X-SEED’s experience in facilitating foreign investments and raising local capital, the partnership will set up an exclusive local assembly facility. This initiative seeks to enhance regional access to the cutting-edge RVs designed for the most demanding environments.
