Resolve Systems, US-based IT automation software vendor, has revealed its plan to expand into the Middle Eastern market in order to support organizations in the region on their digital transformation journeys.
The firm has established its regional office in Dubai with the aim to serve customers and partners in the Middle East region including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Jordan, Lebanon, Turkey and Pakistan, as well as Africa.
The current expansion of Resolve comes amid the surging demand for automation technology as digital transformation initiatives continue to advance across the Middle East. IT automation has emerged as an essential tool to help overcome challenges including talent shortage globally.
Resolve expects that the digital transformation efforts, which got accelerated due to the pandemic, will also boost the adoption of its intelligent IT automation solutions in the near future.

Mr. Amer Sharkawi, Regional Sales Director, and Mr. Mohamad Ashokaibi, the Senior Sales Engineer, will lead the Dubai office of Resolve.
