Abu Dhabi-based property development company Aldar Properties has unveiled Noya Viva, the next phase of its highly popular Noya development on Yas Island.
Buyers of all nationalities are welcome to purchase homes in the city on a freehold basis. Noya Viva will add 480 new homes to the Noya development, including four-bedroom villas as well as two- and three-bedroom townhouses. Prices at Noya Viva start at $450 thousand, and each unit has its dedicated outdoor room, in response to the increased amount of time people spend at home.
Residents will have more space owing to the properties’ efficient design, while generous community gardens and a range of leisure facilities will provide the ideal atmosphere for living, working, and playing.
The Village, which will include shops and cafes, sports, leisure, and health and wellness facilities, a mosque, and a library, will serve as the community’s focal point at Noya Viva. It will also be home to Aldar Academies, which will run a leading British curriculum school to serve the island’s increasing population.
