Mr. Murad has been associating with the firm as a Partner, Regional Head of Corporate and Commercial as well as the Head of its Jordan Office.
Global Advocates which has a presence in Oman, and Jordan apart from offices in the UAE, has advised on some of the region’s most complex legal cases and projects including, the NMC group financial restructuring, the Arabtec insolvency, drafting important laws and legislations, and a plethora of other interesting legal projects within the SME sector.

Mr. Murad Abida
An industry veteran with 25+ years of experience, Mr. Abida has offered his services to multiple practice areas of the law, including corporate advisory, corporate finance, M&A, private equity restructuring and insolvency, banking and finance, and tax.
Before joining Global, Murad held various other positions during his 20 years in Dubai including Head of Corporate Group at one of the leading UAE law firms, as well as the Regional Head of Corporate for the Middle East at a leading international law firm.
With both legal and accounting qualifications (American Certified Public Accounting Examination – CPA), Mr. Murad serves his clients with an excellent combination of legal expertise coupled with business acumen and financial analysis capabilities.
