TRENDS Research & Advisory has opened a new office in Argentina, expanding its global footprint to establish connections with research centers in the region.
The opening ceremony coincided with research dialogues with several premier Argentine think tanks, particularly the Argentine Council for International Relations (CARI).
The TRENDS office in Buenos Aires, the capital city of Argentina, and the research dialogues will enhance the cooperation between TRENDS and Argentine institutions in academic research, strategies, and technology and explore collaborative opportunities in training and research consultancy.
Dr. Mohammed Abdullah Al-Ali, CEO of TRENDS, stated that opening the office in Buenos Aires plays a key role in the Center’s journey to establish global research partnerships.
Abdullah Al-Ali also expressed optimism about the new office, which will operate remotely, will serve as a platform for close communication with research and academic institutions in Argentina on various areas of shared interest. This will contribute to a better understanding of events, provide valuable insights, and help shape the future through scientific approaches.
TRENDS researchers conducted a panel discussion with the CARI, which centered on the significance of academic research and explored training, consultancy, and expertise exchange. Additionally, they discussed implementing joint research projects that would benefit both sides.
Furthermore, a research partnership agreement was signed with the council, highlighting areas of cooperation and communication through TRENDS’ office in Buenos Aires. The agreement covers exchanging expertise, information, and research, conducting training courses, and implementing joint consultancy projects.
Dr. Mohammed Abdullah Al-Ali, CEO of TRENDS, and Dr. Paulo Botta, Director of the Middle East Committee at CARI, signed the agreement. Dr. Botta highlighted the key role of research institutions in strengthening international relations.
