TRENDS Research & Advisory has teamed up with the Council of Retired Diplomats to bolster collaboration between both parties in the fields of training, research, and studies.
Dr. Mohammed Abdullah Al-Ali, CEO of TRENDS Research & Advisory, and Dr. Saeed Mohammed Al Shamsi, Chairman of the Council of Retired Diplomats, signed the MoU in the presence of several Council members, including Dr. Tariq Ahmed Al Haidan, Dr. Mohammed Omar Bilfaqih, and Jumaa Mubarak Al Junaibi, as well as several officials and researchers from TRENDS.
The agreement includes the exchange of expertise, particularly in diplomacy and international relations training. This follows TRENDS’ launch of the International Training Institute in partnership with the Geneva School of Diplomacy and International Relations. The agreement also aims to collaboratively organize scientific and research events and exchange scientific and knowledge-based publications.
Dr. Al-Ali expressed gratitude for the collaboration with the Council of Retired Diplomats, highlighting TRENDS’ commitment to working together in various areas, such as the exchange of expertise and knowledge in diplomacy and international relations, partnerships in training, utilizing the Council members’ skills, and conducting studies and research on regional and international issues.
Dr. Al Shamsi congratulated TRENDS for launching the TRENDS International Training Institute, and its association with the Geneva School of Diplomacy and International Relations. Dr. Al Shamsi also praised the center for its global activities, particularly in youth empowerment, as well as its research publications and scientific endeavors.
The diversity and the excellence of TRENDS’ publications as well as its unwavering dedication to empowering youth to drive innovation for a bright future were also underscored.
Furthermore, Dr. Al Shamsi emphasized the Council’s commitment to developing exceptional partnerships for youth empowerment, providing new opportunities for them to expand their knowledge and expertise.
