The International Woman Leadership Conference is an initiative of Ibukun Awosika Leadership that brings women across Africa and the diaspora together in a place of knowledge, empowerment, and entertainment.
The Conference will be held annually in Dubai in partnership with Dubai Tourism to provide an engaging platform where all the issues hindering women’s interconnectivity are examined in order to remove them, thereby enabling women to move forward, united in the strength that is critical to changing the story of our nations.
