Teyaseer has launched its new digital platform, which offers free services to citizens benefiting from the housing loan programs of the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA), who seek to design and build their own homes to the highest quality standards.
The digital platform provides a wide range of services across all construction stages, enabling beneficiaries to monitor the progress of their work directly and make informed decisions throughout their project.
Starting at the design phase, clients can estimate the cost of custom designs and select from a wide range of Teyaseer ready-made designs that match the loans of the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority. Clients can then choose a qualified consultant and contractor and receive periodic technical reviews of the site until project completion.
Using the new platform, construction cost and design can be estimated by selecting the home location, architectural style, layout, number of floors, type of finishing and any additional features. This culminates in a design that meets the beneficiary’s needs, at a cost that suits their finances.
Mohamed Al-Darmaki, Director of Teyaseer, stated that this step is part of Teyaseer’s strategy to accelerate digital transformation in the construction and housing sector, to better meet the needs of clients in an innovative and efficient manner. Aiming to alleviate challenges faced by citizens looking to build their homes, Teyaseer assists them in making informed decisions throughout the planning stage, to monitoring the construction until the project is completed.
Al-Darmaki said that, “This platform meets the needs of many citizens who have received building loans from the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority but have not yet activated their loans. It also aims to facilitate construction processes and improve the home-building experience.”
