Taraf, the real estate division of Yas Holding, and Marriott have signed an agreement to bring the first W Hotels branded residences to Abu Dhabi.
This collaboration marks a significant milestone for both stakeholders, with Taraf expanding its luxury property portfolio, and Marriott adding this project to its W Residences collection that continues to set new standards and offer the bold, unexpected design and luxury hospitality the hotel brand is known for.
The W Residences will be located in Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi. With its vibrant community, visionary development, luxury retail and dining options, and an exciting project pipeline, Al Maryah is rapidly evolving as the attractive destination for the world’s leading brands.
