Bahrain-based telecommunications company, Stc Bahrain has partnered with the leading provider of electronic payments outsourcing services in the MENA region, Arab Financial Services (AFS) to launch next-generation fintech payment solutions that will support both retail SMEs and customers across the Kingdom.
According to the company statement, Stc Bahrain will utilize state-of-the-art AFS payment tools to introduce the fully integrated all-in-one stc Tajer PoS solution for retail businesses and SMEs.
The stc Tajer PoS solution, powered by AFS, offers the flexibility to process payments, print receipts, accept online orders, handle point of sale applications, delivery, and e-wallets while reducing infrastructure investments, minimizing human errors, and making it easier for clients to transact digitally and seamlessly.
According to the company, thousands of new merchants will now be enabled with QR contactless payments and added to the stc pay portfolio while stc pay subscribers can now easily and securely pay at any AFS PoS terminal.
