Sohar International Bank, an Oman-based bank previously known as Sohar SAOG, has revamped its Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system to enhance the experience of customers.

The new upgrades aim to provide exceptional services and personalized digital experiences to its valued customers, enabling them to access the call center through various channels like web chat that provides quick response to their questions.

The revamped IVR system includes advanced self-service options, such as self-authentication via IVR, card activation (Credit and Prepaid Cards), PIN reset and account balance check. These options are designed to enable the customers to perform several tasks independently.
