The Saudi Export Development Authority (Saudi Exports) has kicked off Oman tour, which is being held from December 29 to 31, as part of its market access tours aimed at boosting the reach of national exports to regional and global markets.

The tour will include a series of visits, allowing leading national companies from various sectors such as logistics, telecommunications, information technology, consulting, and medical services sectors to present their products to public and private entities in Oman.

The initiative aims to boost trade between Saudi Arabia and Oman, and facilitates Saudi non-oil exports’ entry into Oman’s promising market.

Leading national service companies and government entities are taking part in the tour, highlighting their collective support to drive growth in Saudi exports. This will pave the way for them to establish a robust presence in Oman.

Saudi services stand out for their high competitiveness in Gulf, regional, and global markets. In 2023, the value of exported Saudi services soared to SAR182 billion, marking a 40 percent increase compared to 2022. This remarkable achievement highlights the sector’s rapid growth.

The Oman tour emphasizes the authority’s commitment to facilitating Saudi services access to regional and global markets, in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 aimed at enhancing sources of income, boosting non-oil exports, and driving sustainable economy.

Saudi Export Development Authority, established in 2007, is a government authority that focuses on increasing Saudi non-oil exports, expanding into international markets, and employing all its economic potential to enhance the export environment’s efficiency through tailored programs and support for exporters.
