Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Media, Salman bin Yousef Al-Dosari, has discussed ways to bolster collaborative media efforts between the Kingdom and the Arab Republic of Egypt during his official visit to Egypt alongside various senior officials.
The meeting transpired in the New Administrative Capital, where Al-Dosari was welcomed by the Egyptian Prime Minister, Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, in the presence of the Saudi Ambassador to Egypt, Osama bin Ahmed Naqli.
Dr. Madbouly underscored that the meeting falls within the framework of supporting and fortifying the structures of mutual cooperation.
The Egyptian Prime Minister further conveyed that it is a manifestation of the shared commitment of both the Kingdom and Egypt to strengthen relations across diverse fields. He emphasized that cooperation and coordination in various areas reflect the close and robust relations between the leaderships of the two countries.
The Saudi Media Minister, echoing the directives of the wise leadership, emphasized the significance of intensifying efforts to cultivate collaborative relations in the media sector between the Kingdom and Egypt. Al-Dosari highlighted that this endeavor aims to align with the distinctiveness and harmony evident in political relations at the highest levels.
Further, Al-Dosari underscored the resilience of Saudi-Egyptian relations and the pivotal role of media in expressing the bonds between the two countries, emphasizing ongoing relations, cooperation, and coordination at all levels.
According to the statement, “During the visit, Al-Dosari convened with a select group of Egypt’s media leaders in response to an invitation from the Head of the Supreme Council for Media Regulation, Karam Gabr. The meeting delved into various ideas and projects geared towards augmenting the existing media cooperation between the Kingdom and Egypt across different levels.”
