Samsung Gulf Electronics, the middle eastern unit of the South Korean tech giant had announced that it will be holding three-hour flash sales on its online store (samsung.com/ae) this weekend, which will also concur with the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan.
The sale which will run from 8 PM to 11 PM on April 24 and 25 in the UAE will see discounts of up to 35 percent offered across Samsung’s categories – smartphones, wearables, tablets, TVs, and monitors.
While many others have taken the opportunity to increase prices of some goods, it is a welcome change to see Samsung opting to go in the opposite direction.
