Rubu Qarn Foundation for Creating Leaders and Innovators has unveiled Nawah program under Rubu Qarn Science and Technology to empower the forthcoming generation.

This is an innovative program in the field of advanced science and technology, crafted for 60 participants from Sharjah Youth, Sajaya Young Ladies, and high school students in Sharjah. The program aims to nurture participants’ interest in science and technology as well as to improve the realms of their creative skills.

The program is designed to provide essential skills and knowledge in eight prominent domains which include artificial intelligence, robotics, synthetic biology, sustainability and energy and the Internet of Things.

This initiative highlights the center’s commitment to supporting future generation of innovators. The Nawah program equip participants with wonderful opportunity to explore and acquire 12 specific skills including the presentation skills, project managing, critical thinking, accepting constructive criticism and creativity in problem solving.

Nawah also offer a plethora of benefits to its participants, such as engaging discussions with a group of experts and interactive visits to foreign firms. These opportunities will provide them with the chance to delve into important sectors and develop skills for success, leadership and influence.

Through this project, the center aims to nurture and shape the early career goals of the participants in advanced science and technology by offering opportunities to explore, understand and anticipate them, to create a new generation of leaders who positively impact the future of technology and innovation in society, in addition to promoting a culture of collaboration and emphasizing the role of teamwork in achieving scientific and technological progress.
