ROSHN Group, Saudi Arabia’s prominent real estate developer and a PIF Company, has revealed the plan to develop 45,000-seat stadium in Southwest Riyadh.

This project will sprawl across an area of 450,000 square meters with wide range of shops, restaurants and hospitality venues. At the heart of it, the main sports and event floor will connect various facilities with an open design.

ROSHN stadium’s modern and crystalline design, which is inspired by the architectural features and urban fabric of Saudi Arabia’s central region, will make it iconic in Southwest Riyadh. The stadium marks another milestone for ROSHN, as it expands into mixed-use development in various sectors, including sports facilities.

This highlights ROSHN’s commitment to improving the quality of life through sustainable real estate development that comes aligned with Saudi Vision 2030. The stadium will be a vibrant destination for visitors, with sports facilities including walkways and public green spaces accessible to visitors.
