ROSHN Group, Saudi Arabia’s leading multi-asset real estate developer and a Public Investment Fund (PIF) company, has officially launched the groundbreaking ceremony for ALMANAR, marking the beginning of its first fully integrated residential community in Makkah.
The groundbreaking was held under the patronage of the Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Governor of Makkah Region Prince Khalid Al-Faisal.
The ALMANAR community spans 21 million square meters and includes over 33,000 residential units. Its design aligns with ROSHN’s vision of creating people-centric developments that prioritize residents’ needs, featuring sustainable and vibrant living spaces integrated with nature and expansive green areas.
