The Qatar National Bank (QNB), the largest financial institution in the Middle East and Africa, have entered into a partnership with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), to provide QNB’s Marketing and Communication team with best in class marketing training.

This collaboration is first of its kind between CIB and a Middle Eastern financial institution. CIM’s contribution to the QNB team included creating and developing best practices in global marketing capabilities, driving their market performance, and supporting career development. This collaboration strengthens the firm’s marketing functionality and supports the QNB’s goal of promoting business both domestically and internationally.

The program was delivered by a group of highly experienced CIM course directors, individually selected for their unique skills and experience. The aim of this program was to equip QNB’s marketing team with all the key marketing models and techniques they need to construct their own marketing program in the future.

Through this collaboration, the marketing and communication team can deliver value throughout the business, focusing on creating commercially viable marketing strategies, using customer insights to drive action, and maximizing digital opportunities.
