Qatar’s latest largest leisure and entertainment hub, Doha Oasis Quest has chosen Levtech Consulting to introduce Microsoft Dynamics 365 in order to achieve operational excellence.
According to the company statement, this will enable the entertainment hub to offer an exceptional guest experience when they open towards the end of 2021.
Quest is a one-of-a-kind indoor destination with world-class rides and attractions never seen before in Qatar, and it will need technology to automate its business operations to provide smooth, uninterrupted service as part of its strategy.
Levtech’s team will deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 that will enable Quest to connect their physical and digital operations. The integrated ERP framework will provide actionable intelligence and provide a single view of the organization’s clients, activities, and financials, allowing management to make better decisions faster.
“Microsoft Dynamics 365 offers any business a comprehensive platform to build standardized solutions that combine CRM and ERP applications, along with mobility and analytics. Its multifunction capability for financial and operational management provides analytical operational insights to make informed decisions and increase efficiency.”
The scope of the project to be implemented by Levtech includes integration with a third-party POS and ticketing system specific to theme park operations, as per the statement.
“We have chosen Microsoft Dynamic 365, as it will help us scale, boost productivity, streamline efficiency and reduce costs. We look forward to a fruitful partnership with Levtech,” said Marcel Hendriks, General Manager at Doha Oasis Quest.
Levtech was selected following an assessment process as they have experience and a track record of delivering digital transformation through industry-specific solutions, value-driven consultancy services, and advanced technology capabilities.
