Qatar Ministry of Labour (MoL) has collaborated with Microsoft to roll out ‘MOL360 Initiative’, marking a key step towards achieving the objectives of Qatar National Vision 2030.

The strategic collaboration highlights MoL’s commitment to transforming labor market operations and establishing new benchmarks for public sector innovation and excellence.

The MOL360 Initiative will leverage Microsoft’s cutting-edge cloud and AI technologies, such as Azure OpenAI, to introduce a robust and secure platform, providing valuable insights into the labor market.

The state-of-the-art platform is designed to improve workforce planning, enhance employment services, and foster transparency across Qatar’s labor sector by enabling data-driven decision-making and forecasting future trends.

“The MOL360 initiative represents a significant milestone in our journey toward digital excellence and innovation. By leveraging the latest technological advancements in collaboration with Microsoft, we are empowering Qatar’s labor market with the tools to drive efficiency, enhance transparency, and foster informed decision-making.”

The initiative features ‘360 Platform’, a unified system that streamlines internal and external services for MoL employees and clients. With the platform, MoL employees can manage their daily operations more efficiently. This includes human resources, IT support, and correspondence, all within a centralized system.

It will also introduce personalized services to meet the unique needs of individuals and organizations. The services include real-time communication with the Ministry through live chat and surveys, as well as automated reminders for critical requirements such as Qatarization levels.

Additionally, the platform’s cutting-edge analytics capabilities will offer valuable insights into the labor market. Furthermore, Microsoft has implemented robust privacy and security measures, to protect sensitive information and ensure strict compliance with international best practices and local regulatory requirements.
