Parkin Company PJSC, the largest provider of paid public parking facilities and services in Dubai, has partnered with Saudi-based BATIC Investment and Logistics Company, to explore smart city parking solutions across the Kingdom.
The partnership seeks to merge Parkin’s operational expertise with the vast local public parking network managed by Smart City Solutions Co. (SCSC), a BATIC subsidiary and Saudi Arabia’s largest paid public parking provider.
The signing ceremony was held in BATIC’s headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The MoU provides a collaborative framework for Parkin and BATIC to evaluate potential synergies and explore a strategic partnership with an emphasis on SCSC.
With the focus on deploying advanced digital technologies such as AI, real-time data analysis, digital gates, sensors and smart cameras, the collaboration aims to optimize traffic flow, streamline parking and elevate the end-user experience.

This MoU marks a significant step in Parkin’s international growth strategy and falls in line with BATIC’s commitment to maintaining market share while advancing smart city initiatives under Saudi Vision 2030.
By collaborating with municipalities, real estate developers, operators of shopping centers, hotels, and other venues, both parties will assess opportunities to expand paid parking services in the Saudi market.
