Ooredoo Oman titled as ‘Best Large Call Centre’

Ooredoo Oman has been recognized for its ability to efficiently and effectively deliver customer services through its Contact Centre at the Annual INSIGHTS Middle East Call Centre Awards 2023 in Dubai.

Omani Qatari Telecommunications Company (Ooredoo) was founded and registered in the Sultanate of Oman in December 2004. The Telecom company provides individuals and businesses with cutting-edge products and services and a digital-first customer experience.

According to the statement, INSIGHTS looks to celebrate call centers of regional telcos based on various criteria, including feedback from customers and customer experience (CX) teams and their ability to leverage data and technology to boost a personalized CX.” INSIGHTS selected Ooredoo as the winner of the prestigious Best Large Call Centre award.

The regional award for Best Large Call Centre further cements Ooredoo’s position as a company that has a customer-first mindset and as a leader in digital transformation to further boost the CX.

The award is also a recognition of the role played by call center agents who are on the ‘front lines’ dealing with customers to meet their needs and expectations.

Ooredoo’s Contact Centre consists of experts at troubleshooting, empathy, and creative thinking who are available around the clock. INSIGHTS is a Dubai-based enterprise and presents the Middle East Call Centre and CX Awards annually, as per the statement.

Last month, Ooredoo signed and activated a digital, long-term partnership with Shell Oman Marketing Company (Shell Oman) to support digital transformation by providing innovative end-to-end (E2E) and ICT solutions that improve the agility of operations and cost efficiency of no less than 200 service stations.
