Qatar-based multinational telecom company Ooredoo has introduced another method for its business customers to access its services with the addition of a WhatsApp ordering facility.
According to the company, the telecom leader’s business customers can now place various orders through WhatsApp. This new initiation is of its vision of ‘enriching people’s digital lives,’ and to better support customers from the difficulties of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Business-to-Business (B2B) customers can place an order quickly and easily by detailing the order and attaching the necessary documents to the dedicated WhatsApp number. The dedicated WhatsApp line for business customers will be available every day from 7 am to 10 pm along with a team of experts on hand to offer advice and assistance.
