Under the latest agreement, Khimji’s House of Travel will use Sabre’s extensive range of technological solutions, as well as its industry-leading platform, Sabre Red 360, to provide intelligent and consultative service to travelers and generate highly personalized offers for its customers, It will utilize its management solutions, such as automated exchanges and refunds, to drive operational efficiency and excellence.
Sabre has been working to achieve its long-term vision for a personalized travel marketplace and confirmed the development of Sabre Travel AI last year, an industry-first technology that will use cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities to deliver highly relevant and personalized content that better meets the needs of today’s traveler.
