The Saudi Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha’at) has signed an agreement with Zoom during the Biban24 Forum, held under the theme “Global Destination for Opportunities”, to provide Zoom services for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The MoU was signed by Monsha’at Deputy Governor for Enterprise Services Eng. Ryan bin Ibrahim Alfayez and Zoom executive director for the Middle East, Africa, Turkey, and Pakistan.
The Biban24 Forum acts as a hub that brings together both local and global organizations dedicated to supporting entrepreneurship and SMEs. Its goal is to empower entrepreneurs and promote startup incubation, partnering with 50 local incubators and accelerators, as well as over 150 international supportive organizations.
The agreement aims to enhance effective communication between local businesses, contributing to the economic growth of the private sector and supporting the goals of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
Through this partnership, SMEs and entrepreneurs can benefit from Zoom’s audio, visual, and text communication tools, which will help improve performance, increase business efficiency, and facilitate remote consulting and training services for consultants and trainers.
The MoU aims to support educational institutions by offering remote learning solutions and organizing virtual events and exhibitions, making it easier for businesses to reach a broader audience.
The agreement is part of ongoing efforts to foster innovation and sustainable development, helping SMEs overcome market challenges and enhance their competitive capabilities.
During the event, Monsha’at also signed an MoU with Mukatafa, a Saudi consulting firm specializing in community engagement for public policy development, aimed at enhancing the retail sector.
