The 18th edition of the International Apparel and Textile Fair (IATF) concluded on 14 November 2024 at Festival Arena, Dubai, solidifying its status as the premier B2B platform for fashion trade in the Gulf.
The fair opened on November 12th with an inaugural ceremony led by Show Director Bhavna Nihalani, alongside distinguished industry leaders including Ahmed Al Mahmood, Claudia Pinto, Sumayra, Diren Khalife, Zulema Vazquez, and Saimure Duolikun.
The 2024 fair marks a milestone 10th anniversary, underscoring the UAE’s pivotal role in global fashion and trade.
Under Nihalani’s strategic direction, IATF has evolved from an initial roster of a mere 50 exhibitors to a robust showcase of over 450 exhibitors from 27 countries, securing its position as the Gulf’s Biggest International B2B Fashion Trade Sourcing Event. This growth trajectory speaks to the UAE’s continued leadership in the international fashion landscape.
“The International Apparel and Textile Fair is a strategic platform advancing the UAE’s influence in the global fashion ecosystem. Marking this 10-year milestone, our commitment remains firm—to drive innovation, create meaningful connections, foster strategic partnerships, and enable measurable growth for industry stakeholders,” states Nihalani.
The 18th edition highlights dedicated pavilions from China, Hong Kong, India, and Kyrgyzstan, each offering curated insights into regional innovation and sustainable design and enabling attendees to access high-growth markets and the latest in fashion development.
Over the past three days, IATF has delivered exceptional networking opportunities, connecting buyers, brands, and industry professionals from across the Gulf and beyond.
