If you are someone who depends on music to find stimulus or lower perception of effort and needs a speaker that faithfully reproduces your playlists, you should check out the Huawei Sound X.
The Chinese tech giant has joined forces with French audio brand Devialet to bring the Sound X, which marks Huawei’s bold venture to stake a claim in the smart speaker segment.
Sound X can deliver thunderous bass with its dual 3.5-inch Devialet subwoofers and 60W bass power and can hit amplitude of up to 20 mm. The device’s symmetrical structure ensures stability and an all-round sound. As it has been imbued with Devialet’s SAM (Speaker Active Matching) technology, the speaker can reproduce bass in real-time, along with high-fidelity audio.
High fidelity audio all around you
In addition to this, the Huawei Sound X boasts dual subwoofers and six full-frequency tweeters, which cover an expansive frequency range of 40 Hz to 40 kHz, complete with rich treble and details.
The speakers are also equipped with six powerful full-frequency tweeters, which are evenly distributed in a ring shape to provide an endless immersion and a lush 360° sound field.
Apart from its sound quality, the Huawei Sound X comes with a range of enhanced features that give it an edge over other wireless speakers.
A downside though is that the Sound X is AC powered and has a bulky charger attached to it. Weighing around 3.5 kilograms, the speaker won’t make for a portable device. However, the wire can be disconnected for easier storage.
If you own a Huawei smartphone, you can use the Sound X as a 360° speaker for music or videos simply by tapping your handset to the speaker.
