Gulf Hotels Group, Bahrain’s leading hospitality management company, has partnered with Marriott International, a premier multinational hospitality company.

The partnership aims to integrate Gulf Hotel Bahrain into the Autograph Collection Hotels’ portfolio. The agreement was signed during the Future Hospitality Summit, a flagship hospitality and tourism investment event, being held from September 30 to October 2, at Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai.

Autograph Collection has a striking global portfolio of over 300 hotels, each with its own unique narrative and personalized service. Under the partnership, Gulf Hotel is expected to benefit from Marriott’s global systems and loyalty program, Marriott Bonvoy, while remaining under Gulf Hotels Group’s full management and retaining its iconic name ‘Gulf Hotel Bahrain’.

Marriott Bonvoy, Marriott International’s flagship travel program and marketplace, unlocks unmatched experiences across over 30 hotel brands and 10,000 global destinations. Under Autograph Collection, the hotel will offer guests with enhanced design and hospitality experience while providing them with access to Marriott’s world-class loyalty program.

As part of the agreement, Gulf Hotel Bahrain will undergo a transformative renovation and brand positioning process over the next three years, offering best-in-class comfort and standards whilst preserving the unique essence of the hotel’s great history and heritage.

The phased renovation project will involve a complete refurbishment of the hotel’s interior. This includes guest rooms, lobby area, entrance, amenities and recreation facilities.
