Saudi Arabia’s General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) has unveiled a suite of cutting-edge platforms and services in line with its new visual identity.

GOSI has introduced an ‘AI-powered open data’ platform, unlocking a seamless experience for economists, researchers, business owners, and Saudi citizens to browse social insurance open data and related statistics.

With engaging visuals paired with infographics and charts, it makes it easier for users to understand statistics related to contributors, beneficiaries, and institutions in Saudi Arabia.

The platform employs AI techniques to elevate the user experience, enabling specialists and various users to complete tasks, make informed decisions, and carry out research with reliable and accurate data. This ensures enhanced efficiency in strategic planning across various sectors.

By selecting specific Saudi regions, users can obtain relevant data. The platform has an interactive ‘AI-powered virtual assistant’, which can analyze the data and answer questions, supplemented by infographics to improve comprehension. This innovative AI assistant also allows users to download or share data in multiple formats.

In addition to the open data platform, GOSI has introduced the ‘Employment’ service, which connects jobseekers registered in the “Sanad” system with employers. This service is designed to help jobseekers that they can upload their resumes and showcase their expertise through GOSI’s website and app.

The ‘Suggested Salary Calculator’ helps employers stay informed about labor market trends with data on salary ranges, visualized through infographics that compare average salaries in the same sector.

GOSI also unveiled its Super App, which serves as a one-stop shop for contributors, retirees, and employers. The app enables users to switch between individual and business accounts. This streamlines access and completes services quickly.

Furthermore, GOSI  introduced a digital payments portal with five payment options for institutions, enhancing payment experience. Business owners can also use the portal to offer benefits directly to Taqdeer beneficiaries.

GOSI’s new services and its visual identity come within its comprehensive development process, which seeks to enhance its operational ecosystem as well as its digitization efforts. GOSI strives to elevate its position as a leader in social insurance, by offering innovative and comprehensive solutions and services.
