The General Entertainment Authority (GEA) has signed a cooperation agreement with Social Development Bank (SDB) aimed at supporting and empowering productive families and entrepreneurs.

The agreement was signed by GEA’s CEO, Engineer Faisal Bafarat, and the CEO of SDB, Engineer Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al-Humaidi, in the presence of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Entertainment Authority (GEA) Adviser Turki bin Abdulmohsen Al Al-Sheikh.

The agreement, signed during the Riyadh Season 2024 events, includes organizing the participation of productive families and entrepreneurs in the Riyadh Season by allocating sales outlets in key locations such as Boulevard World, providing them with the opportunity to widely showcase and market their products. It focuses on empowering entrepreneurs and supporting and enabling productive families.

The collaboration aims to empower the targeted groups by providing logistical and organizational support while highlighting Saudi products and the contributions of productive families and entrepreneurs.

This initiative is part of the collaborative efforts among government entities to support the local economy and achieve the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 by enhancing local content and supporting the growth and sustainability of the entertainment sector. In turn, this contributes to the development and enhancement of the national economy.
