G42 Cloud, UAE-based Cloud Computing provider has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Tahaluf Al Emarat, a digital solutions and services provider, to offer next-generation applications and Software as a Service (SaaS) to businesses and government entities in the UAE and across key global markets.
G42 Cloud and Tahaluf Al Emarat aim to provide secure and reliable SaaS solutions in the areas of the process as well as content and people management, including “Maestro”, Tahaluf’s low-code/ no-code business automation platform.
The cooperation will enable parties to leverage the full capabilities of both platforms, driving innovation and building intelligent, state-of-the-art customer applications. This will further improve organizations’ and governments’ productivity, focusing on their customers and citizens rather than their tools.

The agreement was signed by Mr. Talal Al Kaissi, CEO of G42 Cloud, and Mr. Yahia Alhami, CEO of Tahaluf Al Emarat, at the MWC conference, an annual trade show dedicated primarily to the mobile communications industry, in Barcelona, Spain.
Mr. Alhami said that the joint collaboration will benefit both parties by allowing experience and knowledge sharing. This MoU will facilitate the identification of opportunities to cooperate and exchange best practices in business operations using G42’s cloud platform.
