RSA Middle East, a branch of UK-based leading insurance service provider Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance (RSA), has collaborated with Magnati, a wholly-owned subsidiary of First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), to provide better omnichannel services for a seamless payment experience to its customers.
Magnati will offer RSA a complete secured payment acceptance solution for both in-store and online channels. Customers of RSA will benefit from a more advanced point-of-sale system, pay-by-link services, a wider range of alternative payment methods, and interactive voice response payments.
Under the partnership, Magnati will also support RSA with web integration for e-commerce, batch processing and business analytics access. RSA will be able to boost automation, streamline operations, and provide personalized insights and a seamless payment to its consumers by leveraging Magnati’s cutting-edge digital solutions.
