UAE’s official postal operator and leading express provider Emirates Post has introduced five new services to its wide business services portfolio in order to enhance customer experiences.
According to the statement, the company’s new services, announced during the 2021 Seamless Middle East event, intend to improve efficiency, offer more flexible pick-up and drop-off options, and faster delivery services for the customers.
The Seamless Middle East is a conference and exhibition that focuses on the payments, fintech, banking, retail, eCommerce, cards, and identity sectors.
“We would like to commend the organizers of Seamless 2021 for successfully convening stakeholders from sectors and industries to share insights on this changing world of commerce. Our participation and presence in this event is the perfect moment to announce our new addition of customer-centered and innovative services, which aim to further support our first and last-mile deliveries and widen our reach while leveraging technological advancements. We will continue to offer our unparallel services, diversified products, and solutions while maintaining cost efficiency and driving profitability.”
The new addition comprises new service points and parcel lockers. It will provide customers more flexible channels just like the last-mile delivery options. Further, the parcel lockers will be available at post offices and select gas stations, while the service points will be available at petrol stations and partner locations.
Emirates Post is expanding its cold chain solutions with temperature-controlled vehicles, in keeping with its mission to providing high-quality logistics and supply chain services. This new domestic delivery solution is particularly vital to perishable goods such as food, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics.
In addition, the new fulfillment facility in Dubai South has improved its services available to eCommerce clients. The center provides warehousing, packaging, delivery, and other value-added services.
Emirates Post offers same-day express service for packages picked up before noon, in accordance with its aim to provide smooth and fast delivery services. This service intends to target domestic deliveries particularly the eCommerce sector where the need for speed is a priority.
