Economy Middle East has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ADGM for the second edition of the Economy Middle East Summit, which is scheduled to take place on 15th May, 2025.

Building on the success of the inaugural edition, the partnership seeks to solidify the UAE’s position as a global leader in economic growth and innovation. The 2025 edition will revolve around the theme “Bridging Sectors, Building Economic Growth,” focusing on enhancing cross-sector collaboration to address evolving challenges and drive sustainable growth.

The MoU was signed by Joe Chidiac, CEO of JC Media Group and Publisher of Economy Middle East, and Mohammed Al Mheiri, Chief Communication Officer at ADGM. The summit will gather the region’s leading decision-makers, including ministers, business leaders and entrepreneurs, as well as top executives of significant international organizations.

The event will serve as a thriving platform for over 1,500 delegates to engage in meaningful discussions across various sectors, such as Economics, Banking and Finance, Technology, Cybersecurity, AI, Hospitality & Tourism, Real Estate, and Energy among others. It will also highlight Abu Dhabi’s pivotal role as a global hub for business innovation, startups, and investments.

The inaugural edition of the Economy Middle East Summit took place in May 2024 at ADGM. The edition was themed “Accelerating Future Growth”, and witnessed the presence of Abdullah bin Touq Al Marri, the Minister of Economy.

It gathered over 1,000 delegates, 28 renowned speakers, and featured insightful discussions exploring economic diversification, innovation ecosystems, and global investment trends that are driving the growth of the international economy.
