e& enterprise, the digital transformation arm of e&, has completed its $60 million acquisition of GlassHouse, a leading provider of technology services in Türkiye.
The acquisition enhances e& enterprise’s capabilities in private cloud and managed services, strengthening its overall value proposition with the integration of SAP capabilities and vertical expertise within the banking and financial services sector, which is supported by GlassHouse’s specialized skills and in-depth understanding.
This marks another key milestone in e& enterprise’s international growth strategy, following successful expansion into Saudi Arabia in 2019, Egypt in 2023, and now Türkiye, Qatar and South Africa. This acquisition brings e& group’s reach to 34 markets across the world.
GlassHouse, as a part of the e& enterprise family, is set for growth with an emphasis on enhancing e& enterprise’s SAP capabilities in both the UAE and Saudi Arabia, while retaining its brand identity and continuing its operation independently.
