Dubai Police has launched its latest tourist police patrol ‘Lucid Air Grand Touring’, one of the most advanced electric vehicles.
His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdulla Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, received a detailed handover from Faisal Sultan, Vice President and Managing Director Middle East at Lucid, at the Dubai Police Officers Club.
The launching event was attended by His Excellency Major General Expert Khalil Ibrahim Al Mansouri, Assistant Commandant for Criminal Investigation Affairs; His Excellency Major General Abdullah Ali Al Ghaithi, Assistant Commandant for Operations Affairs; Brigadier Ali Khalfan Al Mansouri, Director of the General Department of Community Happiness; Brigadier Harib Al Shamsi, Director of the General Department of Criminal Investigation, and several officers and employees.
Lt. Gen. Al Marri stressed that this move highlights Dubai Police’s commitment to supporting the UAE’s vision for a green economy and falls in line with the Dubai Quality of Life Strategy 2033 by adopting the latest technologies and systems that drive sustainable growth.
