The Crown Prince stressed that the city’s achievements can be attributed to several key drivers, including its world-class infrastructure, which continues to attract global investment and top talent. The Crown Prince also highlighted Dubai’s flexible and progressive legislative framework, which is designed to drive innovation and adapt to emerging global trends.
