Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has improved its excellence with the utilization of the latest disruptive technologies, including generative artificial intelligence (AI) and ChatGPT, enhancing the stakeholders’ experience.

DEWA provides proactive and high quality services by understanding the needs of customers to exceed their expectations. Rammas, powered by AI and ChatGPT, has handled more than 9,6 enquiries since its inception. Rammas has also achieved a customer satisfaction rating of 95 percent in the first half of this year.

ChatGPT-powered Rammas has superior user interaction skills and a better understanding of customer requirements and enquiries. With available data and information, it can learn, understand and analyze customer enquiries to provide prompt responses. Rammas also offers customers a service link to complete the procedure.

In addition to this, customers can evaluate the response, which improves the self-learning mechanism of Rammas to provide improved information to customers. Rammas can be accessed through DEWA’s smart app and website. Since the launch, DEWA is continuously enhancing Rammas to improve the experience of all its stakeholders.
