DAMAC Properties has signed a new contract with Modern Building Construction Co. (MBCC), the UAE’s prominent construction company, to develop a 52-storey tower in Dubai Maritime City.
MBCC, known for their striking expertise in executing large-scale projects across Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Lebanon and Ajman, will carry out the main works of the project, such as the construction of the tower and the parking block under this contract.
The construction is ongoing where shoring and piling are already completed, and now centering on basement substructure. The 52-storey tower is expected to be completed by Q2 2027. This shows the level of planning and coordination required to execute such a large-scale and complex project with top-notch quality.
