CATRION Catering Holding Company, a publicly listed company on Tadawul, has has signed a strategic five-year contract with Riyadh Air, the second flag carrier of Saudi Arabia.
The agreement aims to provide Riyadh Air’s domestic and international flights with meals, beverages, and a range of other support services, with an estimated value of $613.1 million (2.3 billion Saudi Riyals).
CATRION expects that this contract will positively impact its financial results starting from the end of the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2025. Riyadh Air’s projected growth is anticipated to bring significant benefits to the company, which includes enhanced business operations, increased cash flows, and a diversified income sources.
This contract falls in line with CATRION Catering Holding Company’s efforts to support sustainability plans and principles, activate its key role in the aviation industry and related services, and bolster its cooperation with Riyadh Air to drive Saudi Vision 2030 objectives. Additionally, it supports efforts to transform the Kingdom into a global aviation hub by cementing Riyadh’s position as a prime destination and gateway to Saudi Arabia.
