The Beam Foundation is set to unveil Beam Ventures in Abu Dhabi, the first $150 million venture fund focused exclusively on gaming from ADGM.
Th gaming fund aims to accelerate promising founders and solidify Abu Dhabi’s position as a global gaming hub. Beam Ventures, strategically positioned at the intersection of blockchain, gaming, and artificial intelligence, seeks to collectively redefine gaming experiences and transform the industry.
The fund is driven by a commitment to shape the future of gaming together with the next generation of game developers and innovators. In collaboration with partners on the ground in Abu Dhabi, Beam Ventures is set to build a thriving environment while strengthening Abu Dhabi’s status as a global gaming leader.
Abu Dhabi is rapidly emerging as a hotspot for gamers and game developers, with a growing community of players and transformative initiatives like the development of an esports island.
Moreover, the Emirate hosts a diverse array of gaming events ranging from summits to tournaments of the biggest games in the world. Beam Ventures is determined to build on this momentum and attract top talent to the region, mainly through its accelerator program.
