Bahrain Airport Services (BAS) has signed a standard ground handling agreement with Cargolux Airlines International, a Luxembourgian flag carrier cargo airline, to provide line maintenance services for their aircraft at Bahrain International Airport.
Throughout the year, BAS will offer Line Maintenance and Technical Certification Services (CRS) for Boeing 747 Cargolux aircraft. As an EASA-certified company, BAS has a proven track record of providing technical certification and maintenance solutions to a large number of International airlines.
Maintenance services offered by BAS include consistent inspections for any defects as well as replacement of damaged items within the aircraft as part of the scope of the company’s license. After all inspections and maintenance are completed, technical inspection certificates are issued, which enable the aircraft to depart while making sure that there are no defects or malfunctions.
“At BAS, we have a dedicated and specialized team that ensures consistency in all tasks as we pay close attention to all services and solutions offered to various airlines and air carriers. Through this approach, we strive to work hard and maintain our distinction while taking BAS to new heights. This partnership underscores our continued commitment to employ all our resources and expertise to give our clients a leading and integrated service.”
Earlier this year, BAS signed a contract with the world’s leading specialist in air transport communications and information technology, SITA to implement SITA Airport Management, allowing BAS to manage its ground handler operations as efficiently as possible.
