Azizi Developments, IFG join for world’s second-tallest tower ‘Burj Azizi’

Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, has signed an agreement with International Foundation Group (IFG), to provide in deep foundation and ground solutions, like the piling, shoring, excavation, and dewatering works for Azizi’s second-tallest tower in the world, Burj Azizi.

Burj Azizi, worth $1.5 billion, is expected to be completed within four years, in 2028. And right from the planning stages, Burj Azizi is meant to become a significant landmark of Dubai’s skyline and an attraction for tourists, locals, and residents.

It will feature luxurious and elegant apartments and penthouses, a 7-star hotel, a vertical shopping mall spread over many floors, exceptional F&B outlets, luxurious fine dining restaurants, and an observation deck to take in the stunning views of Dubai. As for its outer appearance, Burj Azizi will have a glazed exterior consisting of multiple rectangular forms.
