The Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and Al Etihad Cooperative Insurance Company (Al Etihad) have partnered to address financial dues related to non-Saudi workers of delinquent organizations in the private sector in Saudi Arabia, compliant with the stipulations of the Insurance Authority.
Al Etihad is a leading insurance partner for this project, covering dues and repatriation for expatriate workers of defaulter companies.
Al Etihad has received and implemented a customized module from Acess Meditech, expanding the scope of operations of Acess Meditech’s proprietary Insurance ERP system LIMRA, which is currently in use across Al Etihad’s operations.
“We are proud to contribute to the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 by supporting Al Etihad in this important initiative. By leveraging our expertise in insurance technology, we have developed a solution that empowers Al Etihad to fulfill its commitment to affected workers,” said a representative from Acess Meditech.
The module was delivered well within the project timeline, promptly empowering the Al Etihad team with the required system. Acess to Meditech’s in-house end-to-end development team allowed them to quickly produce a fully customized solution, allowing the team at Al-Etihad to familiarize themselves with the insurance processes and system with no uncertainty in functionality, allowing for efficient data processing and prompt insurance disbursals.
Despite a steep rise in workload and a learning curve for an entirely new insurance process, the module has created streamlined workflows for agents and clients alike. The system is compliant with all regulatory requirements of the Insurance Authority.
Acess Meditech ensures state-of-the-art regulatory compliance built into all its products, which extends to this project. With decades of experience in the insurance industry, Acess Meditech has streamlined the process of creating genuinely customized systems for all insurance providers.
Acess Meditech’s Insurance ERP is a comprehensive platform that empowers insurance companies to manage their entire operations, from policy issuance to claims settlement. The company’s commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction has made it a trusted partner for insurers worldwide.
