Global experts and leaders in the Meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE) and business tourism sectors praised the Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company (ADNEC) for its efforts and strategic role in helping the sectors’ recovery from the pandemic’s challenges.
They emphasized that ADNEC’s remarkable infrastructure, adaptable teams, and facilities allowed it to build on its achievements. The company was recognized for its efforts to lead the industry’s recovery phase by hosting and organizing major events locally, regionally, and globally.
ADNEC’s prioritization of the health and safety of all event attendees, in addition to its strong partnerships with various stakeholders, allowed all to conduct business confidently and in a safe and secure environment.
This recognition came after the activities of the inaugural edition of the Abu Dhabi Business Events Week (ADBEW), which concluded at the ADNEC last week, confirming Abu Dhabi’s position as a leader in the business tourism sector. Hosting the event came as part of ADNEC’s strategy to build a busy schedule of exhibitions and specialized events in the capital.
ADNEC had made sure to take all the necessary precautions for welcoming the visitors to ADBEW 2021, as the wellbeing and health of the participants, exhibitors, and visitors are at the top of its priority.
The Abu Dhabi Convention & Exhibition Bureau (ADCEB), part of the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi), seeks to make ADBEW an annual event on the MICE calendar.
ADBEW aims to provide a platform for industry leaders and practitioners to learn, innovate and collaborate with an agenda of summits, workshops, and networking events.
