Khidmah, Abu Dhabi-headquartered leading facilities management (FM) and maintenance firm, has secured the globally recognized ISO 41001: 2018 certification in International Facility Management Standards for its UAE and Saudi Arabia operations.
The certification was awarded to Khidmah following the two assessment cycles by Bureau Veritas, a French company specialized in testing, inspection and certification services, in July and October this year.
Furthermore, Khidmah was re-certified to its earlier attained standards of ISO 50001: 2018 for Energy Management, ISO 14001:2015 for Environmental Management, ISO 45001:2018 for Occupational Health and Safety, and ISO 9001:2015 for Quality standards.

ISO 41001:2018 is an international Facilities Management System (FMS) standard that recognizes FM organizations to provide functionality, leadership, governance, planning, risk management and competence operational efficiency of the constructed environment by integrating people, place, process, systems and technology.
In addition, Khidmah is also a certified Middle East Facilities Management Association (MEFMA) member and it was accredited with certifications from the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc).
