Saudi Arabia’s 30Export and Almarai Company have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at SAR60 million ($16 million) to accelerate the purchasing power of Saudi national products outside the kingdom.

The agreement to promote Saudi national products globally was signed by Ali Al-Malki, the general manager of 30Export and Abdullah bin Nasser Al-Bader, Almarai chief executive in the presence of Bandar bin Ibrahim, the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources and chief Eng. Abdulrahman bin Suleiman Al Thukair, Saudi Export Authority.

30Export, one of the export houses licensed by Saudi Exports, is committed to strengthening local factories that want to extend their operations and export opportunities, improving Saudi national products’ access to the global markets by connecting them with licensed export house companies.

The spokesman of Saudi Exports, Thamer Al-Mishrafi, praised the partnership for its significant role in strengthening the brand of Saudi Arabia’s non-oil exports in global markets. Al-Mishrafi emphasized the Saudi Exports’ commitment to offering exporters with qualitative services and programs, including the export houses service, which was launched last year at the second annual Made in Saudi exhibition.

Saudi Exports is dedicated to exploring available support methods to improve national products’ access to global markets. This effort will contribute to the diversification of national income sources and increase the proportion of Saudi non-oil exports to at least 50 percent of total non-oil gross domestic product by 2030

By centering on creating an environment for exporters by offering necessary resources and support systems, the agreement between 30Export and Almarai highlights the significance of strategic collaboration in enhancing economy and boosting market reach on a global scale. This step aligns with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030’s. Through this collaboration, the kingdom can attract long-term economic prosperity.
