CAIT collaborates for 2nd edition of Digital Transformation Kuwait

The Central Agency for Information Technology (CAIT) has renewed collaboration with the Kuwait Digital Transformation Conference for the 2nd edition of the Digital Transformation Kuwait Conference.

Focused on adopting smart digital technologies to innovate the services, drive the economy, and  improve quality of life, this landmark event aims to accelerate Kuwait’s journey towards  digitization, aligning with the visionary goals outlined in Kuwait’s Vision 2035.  

Scheduled for 20-21 November 2023, the two-day conference will address key developments and  pressing challenges in Kuwait’s digital transformation journey through a series of presentations and  panel discussions with the participation of leaders of the country’s digital transformation sector. 

Under Kuwait Vision 2035, Kuwait’s ICT market is expected to increase investment volumes to $10 billion by 2024, from estimates by global data analytics firm GlobalData, where digital  transformation, by enhancing access to accurate data, providing efficient services, and making  informed decisions, can change the way governments and businesses conduct their operations and  services. 

The Kuwaiti government is working to lay the foundations for the future by building the appropriate  infrastructure to digitize and automate most services for citizens, as the past decade has witnessed  many developments in enabling the private sector to participate in the national economy by  supporting innovation. 

To support the government’s digital transformation initiatives, the conference themes will shed light  on the latest developments on “Kuwait Vision 2035” and the National Plan for Digital Transformation,  in order to push the country’s plan towards transforming into a digital society and economy, and to  drive government performance through this digital transformation, and build a strong infrastructure.

The event is attended by a group of distinguished experts in the fields of information technology,  digital and electronic transformation, technological innovation, digital research and development,  smart services, data management and analysis, new technologies in the shared services sector for  human resources, operations, customer experience, service excellence, and quality.

The conference will also witness a prominent presence from various entities and sectors, including  ministries and government agencies, national cybersecurity centers, banking and financial  institutions, oil and gas companies, healthcare authorities, education, retail, telecommunications and  aviation companies, to enhance opportunities for communication with stakeholders and stakeholders  in the field of digital transformation.

More than 40 speakers from different sectors will participate in  the conference to exchange insights on new ideas and discuss the roadmap for the future of the  country’s digital transformation, with more than 400 participants at the conference.  

The event brings together experts and digital solution providers to discuss the latest developments  and best practices for digital transformation in order to improve operational efficiency, as it will help all sectors connect with key stakeholders in the field of digital transformation for ongoing and  upcoming projects in Kuwait and gain future insights on their plans to invest in new technologies  and discover opportunities in the field of digital transformation.
